Bio

I am a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in PA and NJ. I am a former Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and recently left my academic research career to begin a private practice. I am board certified in behavioral sleep medicine, and offer evidence-based care for sleep disorders as well as the anxiety and mood disturbance that can accompany poor sleep. I also had an active research focus on sleep and routine disruptions in women experiencing symptoms of perimenopause and have a particular interest in working with women in this stage of life.
